The 'rules' regarding returns in brief:
- Notify us by email (naomi@colorfox.nl) within 14 days that you wish to return the delivery. If returning multiple products, specify which products you want to return.
- You can also initiate the return directly from your customer account.
- If you return the entire delivery, you will, of course, also receive a refund for the shipping costs.
- The costs for returning the items themselves will not be reimbursed.
- Custom-made products (specifically made for a customer) and digital products (downloads and cutting files) cannot be returned.
Extensive & legal:
• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason; this is the 'cooling-off period'. From the moment you notify us of the return, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. If not all ordered products from the order are returned, the shipping costs will not be credited. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer for your order, we will not refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.
• Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. For exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories, must be returned to us unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via: naomi@colorfox.nl or initiate the return via your personal customer account. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the due order amount within 14 days.
• For refunds, we will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for you.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to custom-made orders and downloaded files, such as cutting files, templates, and stencils. See also Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions.
